Its a policy of my practice to watch the no show and late cancellation. You are required to cancel appointment by text or call at least 24 hours before scheduled appointment time. This helps me better utilize my time, and inform standby guest of availability. In the event that a you cancel within 24 hr. Or No show 50% of your scheduled appointment amount will be charged to the card on file. In the event that your are more then 20 minutes late you will be charged 50% of your appointment and will have to reschedule. I booked my appointments to utilize my time the best meaning immediately after your appointment time with be another appointment, being more then 20 minutes late I will have to reschedule so we don't run in to other clients scheduled times.
